WHAT FEES ARE ADDED TO MY TICKET PRICE?
If you purchase online, you will pay a $3 facility fee as well as additional Ticketmaster fees. If you purchase at the Cross Insurance Arena box office you will only pay the $3 facility fee.
HOW CAN A DUPLICATE TICKET PURCHASE CHARGE BE ADJUSTED?
If when checking out you received a notice that we were unable to process your payment, it's possible that the transaction was declined due to failed address verification. When this happens, your bank may still authorize the charge and therefore show in your bank account, but know that in this case the charge will not settle and should clear within a few business days.
I ALREADY BOUGHT MY TICKET. CAN A DISCOUNT CODE BE APPLIED?
Discount codes must be applied at the time of purchase and cannot be applied retroactively.
CAN I CHANGE MY TICKETS TO SESSION 2?
We are unable to switch tickets to a different session, but you are welcome to sell or give your tickets to someone and purchase the session you'd like to attend instead.
I LOST MY TICKET. CAN I GET IN WITH MY ID?
No, you must have a ticket in hand or on your phone with the unique barcode.
I DON'T DRINK BUT WOULD STILL LIKE TO ATTEND. DO YOU OFFER A NON-DRINKER TICKET?
Yes, Designated Driver tickets are $10 and can be purchased at the door. You need to be with your group of drinkers!.
ARE DISCOUNT CODES AVAILABLE?
We do offer a variety of discount codes via social media, email blasts, etc. But discount codes cannot be applied retroactively.
DO PRICES INCREASE AT ANY TIME?
Yes, prices increase as the event gets closer. Buy early for the best price!
